Hey Deputation Team!

I am so excited to be heading to Oregon with you all to play, adventure, learn, serve, and spend some excellent quality time together!

Our trip will be split between Outdoor Adventure and Urban Ministry with two organizations that have tons of expereince to share with us! We will camp the first half of the weeka and spend a day rafting, and a day rock climbing. Then we will transition to Portland where we will stay at a church and learn about Urban ministry and experience the beatiful communities that several organizations have created by showing up and meeting the needs of their neighbors.

We will leave from Newport Church on Monday morning at 10 am. And we will return Saturday night. 

Total COST of the trip is $550 PER PERSON. We will be doing some fundrising as a group at our respective churches with the goal of bringing the cost down to $250 per person. (We exceeded this goal last year!) Scholarships are available!
